 As a REALTOR® , I have  voluntarily agreed to abide by a Code of Ethics, based on professionalism and protection of the public. Working with me I can assure you I will protect and promote your interests while treating all parties honestly. 

 

Buying a House

1. Speak with a Bank Or a Lender. This will help us determine what you can afford and how much you want to invest.

2. Create a must have list and an I do not want list. In this list add items such as living space, beds, baths, pools ect... and most        importantly location.

3. Touring homes, While looking at homes we look for specific features like age and appearance of the roof, possible structural damage, leaks, electrical issues and age of major appliances such as heater, tanks ect... Ultimately a liscenced Inspector will provide you with a more detailed report.

4. Make an offer. I will help provide a proffessional contract and market analysis opinion for your offer. Once accepted we move forward with an inspection, Attorney and mortgage applications.

5. Schedule a final walk through. Yayy we did it. If I am scheduling this final walk through it means closing day is near. this is where we inspect the house to ensure the sellers have left the property as stated in the P&S. This is the last step before closing I hope you have started packing.

Closing Day.

I will meet you at the Attorneys office, sign the final paperwork and hand off the keys once its recorded in the Deeds office. Thank You for choosing me in the biggest purchase of your life.

Selling a House

1. Find a Sales Agent (Thats me). I will come and provide you with a free market ananlysis and discuss the local market, ideas for a quicker sell and most importantly your motive for selling. For some of you this may be emotional and for others it will be exciting and a much needed change. I am experienced with many types of sales and will be there for you emotionally and excitedly.

2. Lets Clean. While I prepare your listing you will be preparing your Home. I can help with this as well if requested. This is where we hide those family pictures, valuables and more...  We want the house looking at its best to achieve our goal. we will declutter, clean and paint and stage if needed. This will all be discussed during my walkthrough.

3. Listed, once the house in "live" I will host an open house. This is a great way to bring many potential buyers in at once, and highly recommended.

4. Offer Accepted. Congratulations! Someone want to buy your House. This is great news but we are not done. Next comes a possible inspection and the bank appraisal. If we did our job hopefully there is nothing to worry about. 

5. Pack up, clean up and move out. Yes you heard that correctly. Its moving time, all your belongings must be removed from the house before closing so the Buyers can schedule their final walkthrough. You musty abide by the agreed upon P&S and leave the house as requested in the offer and P&S. 

Closing Day

Yayy we did it. I will meet up with you for the keys and discuss anything else that may be needed. I thank you for choosing be in the process of selling your Home.
